In the latest episode of The Robot Factory podcast, we throw more things at the wall… can we productize our hiring process.
We have a different hiring process than most companies. We don’t ask for a cover letter or resume up front. We ask candidates to respond to a few values based questions. It work remarkably well at filtering down to good candidates and results in a pretty diverse selection pool.
We’ve been told that we have a pretty great team and a few people have said our hiring process is interesting. So we’re going to try building a small product around it.
