Chatting With a Listener About Hiring Based On Values

Someone likes our hiring app idea, so we chatted with them about it

I’m writing this from our team retreat. We’re hanging out in Summerland, BC for 4 days. So far, it’s a beautiful experience with lots of connection with our team.

Speaking of connection, a month ago now (we’re a bit behind on publishing episodes), we connected with a listener and he gave us some feedback on our hiring app idea. In the latest episode we dive into some of that feedback and where we are going to take the hiring app.

We’re pretty excited about this product idea because we’ve been able to identify some actual potential customers, it fits with what we already do as a company, and we like it :)
